Konvel Galerie is the large-format model. Atelier, dance room, yoga studio or small photo studio — the floor plan allows free movement and larger work pieces, without building a hall.

Use case

What this model is built for.

We recommend Galerie for fine art, sculpture, dance, yoga, photography or music rehearsal. It also works as a multi-purpose room with separate reception and working zones. Note: above 75 m³ gross volume, a building permit is required in NRW; we review the specific case with you in advance.

Configuration

What you choose yourself.

Cladding
Standard is 19 mm European spruce, untreated — you paint or oil on site. Vertical larch or WPC are available as premium upgrades and swapped before delivery.
Door position
Entry door centred, on the left or on the right of the front wall. UPVC with double glazing, 240 × 210 cm.
Additional windows
Optional: small horizontal or vertical side windows, or a large 200 × 140 cm fixed front window for maximum daylight.

Building physics

Building physics, layer by layer.

Walls and floor in 80 mm SIP construction; roof in 100 mm Izoroof PU. The result is low U-values, an airtight envelope and a stable interior temperature year-round with moderate energy input.

  • U-values: Wall 0.29 · Roof 0.22 · Floor 0.30 · Door 1.4 W/(m²·K)
  • Walls and floor: 80 mm SIP (12 mm OSB + 60 mm EPS100 + 12 mm OSB)
  • Roof: 100 mm Izoroof PU panels · anthracite outside, white inside
  • 10-year warranty on the construction

    Bildhauerei braucht Platz und gutes Licht. Galerie mit dem großen Frontfenster bringt beides. Tonklumpen, Modelliertische, Brennofen — alles passt rein, und die SIP-Dämmung hält die Temperatur stabil.

    Wir nutzen Galerie als Tanzraum. Boden mussten wir selbst auf Schwimmkonstruktion umbauen — Konvel liefert nur den OSB-Boden. Wer professionell tanzen will, plant das ein.
