What actually ships.

EU-manufactured kits, delivered to Germany as a self-build kit. Consultation from North Rhine-Westphalia. Every specification is documented and traceable.

Construction

  • Walls and floor: 80 mm SIP panels (12 mm OSB + 60 mm EPS100 + 12 mm OSB)
  • Roof: 100 mm Izoroof PU panels · anthracite outside, white inside
  • Frame: KVH structural timber to DIN 4074-01
  • Cladding: Standard 19 mm European spruce, untreated · larch or WPC as premium upgrade
  • Door: UPVC with double glazing · 240 × 210 cm · grey outside, white inside

Energy and building physics

  • U-values: Wall 0.29 · Roof 0.22 · Floor 0.30 · Door 1.4 W/(m²·K)

Delivery and warranty
